COVID - 19 Lockdown, soldiers kill man in Warri

The two weeks lock-down issued by the Federal Government has witnessed its first casualty as Nigeria Soldiers killed a young man in  Ugbuwangue Community, Warri South LG.A.

The deceased, Mr. Joseph Pessu, the eldest son of Mr. Monday Pessu was said to have evaded security men from stopping his Toyota corolla vehicle without plate number, after a long chase  from  Ubeji  to bridge view hotel road, near Rize FM Station, a few poles to his house in Ugbuwangue, was shut dead this morning, Thursday April 2, 2020.

The deceased, a father of two children, was said to have been driving from Ubeji to Ugbuwangue, where he went to purchase fuel for his generator when the unfortunate incident happened.
