INYC CASE: Court strikes out suit in favour of Agbateyiniro led Executives
The case between Mr. David Iwere with four others and Comr. Weyinmi Agbateyiniro with two others have been ruled in favour of Comr. Weyinmi Agbateyiniro and his Executives today Thursday March 10, 2021.
The case in suit NO W/2592020 was struck out by the presiding Judge, Hon. Justice O. A. Agboje of the Warri High Court-4 due to lack of documents/written instruments for the Court to interprete the originality of the summons by the Claimants; Messrs David Iwere, Omatseye Tuasor, Tuoyo Ofuyaekpone, Edema Collins and Bawo Edeoyibo, who had earlier approached the Court seeking six orders, including “setting aside the purported inauguration of the INYC Executives.
Recalled that the legal Counsel to Comr. Agbateyiniro and his Executives, Barr. Presley Okojie had stated authoritatively that, his point of argument was outright dismissal of the case based on the fact that the plaintiff did not follow the rule of law.
