Chief Eyewoma doles out Christmas Palatives
Chief and Mrs. Oma Eyewoma have again affected the lives of people living in Warri South LGA and its environs positively by giving them Christmas palative to celebrate the festive season.
Beneficiaries waiting patiently for their palative
The palative which includes rice, chicken, yam and garri was distributed to both young and old with special attention to the aged ones on Thursday December 23, 2021 at their Warri residence.
Addressing the beneficiaries shortly before the distribution of the palatives, Chief and Mrs. Oma Eyewoma who were overjoyed to be able to give back to the society said that this yearly exercise carried out by them is to ensure that the less privilege people around them are able to join in the celebration.
"We want all those who through circumstances are not able to afford a meal in this Christmas season to also feel the joy of Christmas. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to cover everyone, but we are doing the little we can so that they too can have a good Christmas because we do not want to be celebrating while those around us do not have to eat," the couple stated.
Mrs. Felicia Kperegbeyi who spoke on behalf of the delighted beneficiaries, thanked Chief and Mrs. Eyewoma for putting smiles on their faces and prayed for God's abundant blessings in their lives.
