Olu of Warri doles out POS Machines for business growth in Delta 



His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse III, the Olu of Warri alongside his Olori have given free Point of Sale (POS) Machines to small scale business owners in Warri Kingdom irrespective of tribal affiliation.

 

The empowerment Programme which was done in collaboration with Stanbic IBTC, where over 1000 POS Machines were distributed to beneficiaries comprising of men, women, widows and youths took place on Monday April 4, 2022 at Olu’s Palace field, Warri.

In his brief speech, the Olu of Warri prayed and appreciated the beneficiaries for their self determination in providing for themselves, just as he assured the people of better days to come.

 

The Olu of Warri who spoke from his heart stated further that “If I have millions of dollars, I will make sure that I give them all to you. What I have I give it all to you today. This empowerment items you will receive today, God will give you wisdom to use them; you will see the prosperity that it will bring into your lives.”

 

 

Earlier in his speech, the Regional Agent, Network Manager, South Region of Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC, Mr. Perebor Awoju, appreciated the Olu of Warri and his Olori for the opportunity to be a part of their vision to create value and impact lives of the people of Warri Kingdom.
